Privacy and tracking
The learning platform needs some data to run accounts and reservations. Analytics and advertising measurement are optional and stay off until you choose them.
Essential data
We process reservation and account details you submit, security information, and an HTTP-only privacy-choice token. This supports the service, fraud protection, access, and your requested contact. Essential processing cannot be disabled in the tracking panel.
Optional analytics
If allowed, Google Analytics receives page and product-event data. We do not put names, phone numbers, email addresses, PINs, or answer content in analytics events.
Meta and TikTok advertising
Each provider has its own choice. If allowed, its browser pixel and server events measure page visits, submitted reservations, and later account activation. Campaign tags, provider click IDs, browser IDs, page URL, IP address, and user agent may be used for matching and deduplication. Advanced matching with submitted phone or email is disabled by default.
Attribution and retention
We keep first-touch, last-touch, and last-paid-touch campaign information. Private provider match IDs and request context are erased after 30 days. Delivered or suppressed server conversion queue rows are erased after 90 days. Consent-change evidence is retained for up to two years. Aggregated campaign fields may remain with the reservation so the team can understand which campaigns produced and activated leads.
Your choices
Rejecting optional tracking does not stop reservations or account access. Changing a provider to off suppresses its server events that have not yet been sent.
