Little Inc.” Boston, Massachusetts, USA, “Bechtel Inc.” San Francisco, California, USA, and a Decree was issued upon the instructions of President Mohammed Anwar El Sadat, by Dr. Abdul Aziz Hegazi, Prime Minister of Egypt. The studies were delayed by the bureaucracy and shelved after the assassination of President Sadat. The project was reviewed with “Bonard & Gardell”, Lausanne, Switzerland, and resubmitted to the Egyptian Government in 1984. Again opposed by the bureaucracy, the studies were shelved until in 2001, the Egyptian Government decided to execute a portion of the proposed project, without saving the precious irrigation water misused by the historical irrigation by inundation method still used by the Egyptian farmers (!) or the silt recovery and transportation portion of the project (!) a vital requirement for the reclamation of arid desert land. The Project now called the “Toshki Project” is currently under sever criticism, for its failure to reclaim desert land, and thus its financial failure. Kamel continues to seek that the Egyptian Government act in this domain to save Egypt. (click here for links to presentation, videos, and photographs)

These were conceptualized by Kamel, and developed with the assistance in the field of Islamic Sharia by His Eminence, Dr. Ali Abed El Kader, Dean of The Faculty of Sharia of The Al Azhar University. At Kamel's request, a Presidential decree was issued in 1975 by President Mohammed Anwar El Sadat of Egypt, authorizing His Eminence Sheikh Mohammed Khater, Mufti of Egypt, to work with IIC, thus forming with Dr. Ali Abed El Kader and Dr. Ibrahim Kamel its first Sharia Board. In 1976 HRH Prince Mohammed Al Faycal Al Saud, was invited by Kamel to join IIC as a shareholder, and was elected Chairman of the IIC Board, while Dr. Ibrahim Kamel assumed the functions of its CEO. (DMISA)” Geneva Switzerland its Trust Management
Company, incorporated investment, and Takaful companies, and Massaref in numerous Islamic countries. In August 1983, due to disagreement among HRH Prince Mohammed Al Faycal supported by some of DMI's Supervisory Board and Dr. Kamel over certain non performing related party transactions, listed by Messes Price Waterhouse, DMI's statuary auditors in their audited report, and strongly opposed and disapproved of by Kamel who insisted on the immediate reimbursement of these financial facilities accorded to certain Supervisory Board members. The Supervisory Board terminated Kamel's executive functions, and appointed a new CEO, who was replaced one year later by DMI's former internal auditor as CEO, while Kamel sold his DMI shares to HRH Prince Mohammed Al Faycal and retained his supervisory board seat until 1986, and refused to stand for re-election in 1986. "ALM The Last Message" Ltd. Cyprus": ALM was incorporated in 2006 to take over the work prepared by Kamel, assisted by Dr. Hanna Said Ahmed, and a team of researchers. The team worked for eleven years, seeking the four heavenly books, and the one hundred books of value, all said to be in "The Book", or as also named "The Koran" in both their order of revelation and final order as revealed to The Messenger Mohammed. In 2007 the mathematical codes of The Book were revealed, and with them the astounding first ever mathematical evidence that "The Book" could only come from The Lord Almighty, as it is impossible for human beings even assisted by computers to write any comprehensible text applying the same mathematical codes. These codes revealed for the first time in both their order of revelation and final order "The Manuscripts of Abraham" (a book of value), also referred to as "The Book" (constituting 94% of The Book), and the three lost Heavenly Books; "The Torah", "The Zabour" and "The Enjeel", revealed in their times to The Messengers of The Lord, Moses, David and Jesus. The Fourth Heavenly Book revealed was "The Forkan", referred to in "The Book" and revealed for the first time as a separate Heavenly Book. The remaining ninety nine "Books of Value", cover every aspect of life of those who believe in The Lord, including, faith, worship and all social, economic and political requirements. These discoveries and their software programs were copyrighted in the USA and Internationally, and were submitted to and approved by "The Islamic Research Committee of The Al Azhar University of Cairo", which formally authorized their publication. Since published on the net the ALM web sites have received 830 Million viewers in two years. (Click to visit the ALM web site: www.almthelastmessage.com & www.thekorancodes)

POLITICAL ACTIVITIES.

"THE UNITED ISLAMIC STATES", during the 1990 invasion of Kuwait by Iraq, and seeking to initiate a mechanism to evades the destructive horrors of war - Kamel as a personal and independent initiative -  proposed the creation of a federation of Islamic States, a contemporary correction of the ills and political catastrophes, inherited by all of the middle east, which all had their common roots in the British and French occupation after the First World War, and the division along "The Sykes Picot Plan" of the legacy of what had been falsely labeled "The Ottoman Turkish Empire" and which in reality was "The Islamic Umma" (The Nation of Islam). This divison of the Nation of Islam, into artificial states, which had not existed previously as states but had been administrative governorates, grouping people of the same ethnic roots in spite of the diversity of their paths of faith to The Lord as The People of The Book, allowed the colonial powers to control the area and its petroleum resources, and insert the Zionists who were seeking to impose their "homeland" The State of Israel, against the distribution of seats of power to those considered worthy of maintaining the presence and influence of the new "occupying powers". This new artificial political landscape has not been accepted by the new artificial nationals of these states, and have been, and will continue to be a source of more and more crisis. Kamel believed then and now, that through such a federation, the Islamic States will be in a better position, as one entity to seek a real settlement of all the regional issues. Kamel put this proposal in its written form to a Press Conference and Luncheon at The Dorchester Hotel in London. (click here to see the proposal for THE UNITED ISLAMIC STATES)

"EGYPTIAN PEOPLES ASSEMBLY" (Parliament), member for the Menouf Constituency, Governorate of Mounoufiyah, from 1990 to 1995. Kamel, who had never joined any political party, was invited to join The National Democratic Party, in 1989, and his constituents pressed him to join and run for their seat, held prior to the 1952 Army Coup by his paternal grand uncle. During the run up to elections the Party decided to field another candidate, the constituents refused that Kamel stand down, he was thus elected as an independent in a landslide victory over the party. After his election victory his constituents overwhelmingly requested him to remain in the party, in order to assure the constituency of the government's support for their demands. However by 1992 Kamel and a prominent neighboring senior member of the party clashed as to the Municipal election lists in the Menouf constituency, this and Kamel's constant attempts to insist on government transparency as to the Egyptian privatization program, debated in parliament and its Economic Committee, this led to Kamel's expulsion from the party. Kamel, as a independent, completed his 5 year term as MP, focusing on welfare projects for his constituency through the Egyptian companies cited above. These were successfully completed with the gradual financial participation of his constituents, in spite of the bureaucratic wars waged against Kamel by the same prominent neighboring senior member of the party. Kamel's constituents pressed Kamel to present himself again for the 1995/2000 term, Kamel again won a landslide victory, however another candidate was announced. The matter was put to court, and the Judge ruled that there had been fraud, and that Kamel was the rightful MP of the constituency, and ordered the government to pay him EP 50'000, i.e. US$ 10'000 approximately, however the judgment was only announced in 1995 at the term of the five year session. The ruling party forcibly merged two constituencies and imposed another powerful senior member of the party, and the same scenarios were repeated in the 2000/2005 elections, and the 2005/2010 elections, however this time the judgments - in Kamel's favor as the rigging in the election ballot boxes was proven in court – were simply not made public. Kamel continues as a independent to serve his constituents whenever required. (click here to see documents, videos and photographs)

MEMBER OF THE ECONONMIC COMMITTEE, OF THE EGYPTIAN PEOPLES ASSEMBLY”. During Kamel's term from 1990 to 1995, he was involved in numerous matters put to the economic committee and recorded in the committee's minutes, and include among others; Proposals for "The 1000 Day Economic Recovery Program, requested from the Assembly by HE President Mohammed Hosni Mubarak, also The Capital Market Law, requested from Kamel by the then Prime Minister, the late Dr. Atef Sidky, as recommended to the PM by the International Monetary Fund and The World Bank, Kamel headed the drafting committee, and as speaker put the proposed Law to the Assembly, and the Law was passed after a full day session. (click here to see documents, and view videos and photographs).

"THE SIRSS AL LAYAN COLLOQUIM", a gathering to which public personalities including present and former members of The People's Assembly, of all political parties, eminent scholars, professors and journalists were invited, to discuss the current status of Egyptian problems, and propose public initiatives. (click here to see documents, and view videos and photographs).

"ALA MISR©", (THE PEOPLE OF EGYPT) a project for a new independent political party, Kamel who had always refused to join any of the parties attempting to act in Egypt's severely constrained political arena, however pressed by members of his constituency and other (former) independent members of The People's Assembly, all moderate anti fanatical Muslims, Kamel and his aides prepared a party manifesto in 2006, and named the Party "ALA MISR", (THE PEOPLE OF EGYPT). The name stemmed from The Lord "Allah's" reference throughout the Koran to The Egyptians as "The People of Pharaoh", a name denoting servility, fear and blind obedience to the Pharaoh of Egypt, the founders of this proposed new party were exhorting Egyptians of both sexes of the three heavenly religions in Egypt, to build their future as masters of their own destiny, with courage, taking their decisions in consultation within their own community's. The manifesto was well received, and the signatures of the 1000 founders were obtained, however Kamel and his colleagues found themselves faced with insurmountable bureaucratic procedures which could take years for the proposed party to ultimately be rejected by The Senate's Political Parties Committee, a body fully controlled by the ruling party. Thus the proposed party was abandoned, with the consolation that solutions for numerous public issues were adopted as their own by the ruling party.
